Your referral to Bonny Kuhfal at Bay Area Hearing Services was spot on. You were right, she has an excellent working knowledge for the Moxi 20. Also, from what I can tell, she seems to be competent with many more models. You should be very happy having her represent Unitron. The woman at Fremont Hearing was well intentioned but lacked even the most rudimentary familiarity with your software. would think she would be a prime candidate for teaching her the details of the Unitron system. If you hadn’t responded with Bonny’s contact info, I could very likely have just sold my hearing aids back on eBay and figured that hearing aids just weren’t for me. I’ve run into several other older men who have done just that. It’s a real shame because when adjusted properly, the hearing is nigh on perfect. Of course, there are always going to be small things that don’t work as well as nature intended. But, to augment and approximate something as sophisticated as human hearing is, as I’m sure you are very aware, an extremely difficult task. So, the bottom line is I’m very happy and finally have the hearing aids that I had dreamed of. This is how you make and keep customers.
